Ken Goldberg has been practicing law since 1968 with a specialty in real estate, capital transactions and corporate law. His real estate law practice has included representation of developers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, construction, financing, redevelopment and sale of office and industrial properties, hotels, shopping centers, and most other types of real property transactions. Ken Goldberg has also been involved as an active principal in the commercial real estate acquisition, development and management business since the mid-1970’s in the following type of transactions: acquisition, ownership, development, and management of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, and residential properties; acquisition of various commercial properties acquired as development and/or add-value opportunities by renovation or new construction including various office, retail, industrial, and R&D properties; acquisition of interests in pools of secured and unsecured loans from the FDIC, various banks and third party lenders, including the underwriting and origination of commercial mortgage loans; and in the purchase, upgrade and sale by conversion to condominiums of more than 1,600 residential units in greater Boston.
Ken enjoys boating, fishing and travel. He spends his time between Boston and Fort Lauderdale.
