Intrum’s repositioning of 180 Wells was a catalyst for a larger vision to expand on this site and create a cutting edge tech-campus. Renovations included a new facade, a floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall, the reconfiguration of the entire building and significant tenant improvements. The premises were built in accordance with the International WELL Building Institute standards promoting the health and well-being in buildings, that dovetails with our real estate ideals.

60 Wells

The evolution of 60 Wells into Class A space for CyberArk involved the relocation of three other mid-lease tenants and a full renovation of the premises. As a high-tech and information sensitive company, this was a highly complex build out involving temporary relocation, storage and re-configuration of a 250 person workforce. This state-of-the-art building now features an open cafeteria, seating and collaboration areas, sound proof phone rooms, open work spaces and executive briefing areas.
300 First Avenue

Located on Route 128 in Metro-Boston, 300 First Ave was acquired by Intrum in 2012 as a largely vacant, single tenant Class C office building. Intrum has since transformed 300 First Ave into a fully occupied multi-tenant Class A office property. Intrum's successful repositioning included a new facade, site and landscaping improvements, gut rehabilitation of interiors and systems to meet Class A office standards.
5 South Water Street

Located on the ever-charming Main Street in Nantucket, this retail block was transformed from a hardware store into five retail spaces that have been fully occupied since their 1997 completion. The two story building totals just over 10,000 sf with Lily Pulitzer as anchor tenant.
